Your best chance to spot wildlife in the Leenderbos is from behind the wildlife observation screen.
This is where forest rangers regularly deposit the bodies of animals killed by traffic, such as deer. And
that attracts all kinds of scavengers....
The wildlife observation screen is an initiative of several nature organisations. Their hope is that the
roadkill will attract ravens, badgers, martens, birds of prey and all kinds of beetles.
You can reach the screen on foot via the Kluizerweg bicycle path. The location is signposted from the
path.
